MARIETTA, Ga. (AP) — A judge on Monday ordered court records to be made public in the divorce involving a special prosecutor hired in the election case against Donald Trump and others and accused of having an affair with Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis. The judge said records must be unsealed in the divorce case involving Nathan Wade, whom a defense attorney has alleged is in inappropriate relationship with Willis. The judge put off a final decision on whether Willis will have to sit for questioning in the divorce case, but delayed her deposition that had been scheduled for Tuesday. Willis has defended her hiring of Wade, who has little prosecutorial experience, and has not directly denied a romantic relationship. Willis has accused Wade's estranged wife of trying to obstruct her criminal election interference case against Trump and others by seeking to question her in the couple’s divorce proceedings.

GOOD READS For any oenophile, these memoirs offer a view into winemaking that can enhance appreciation not only for the authors’ own wines, but for wine itself. As varied as the winemakers who wrote them and the wines they make, these books all offer fascinating glimpses into winemaking as a business and a way of life. They’re gifts oenophiles can savor well beyond the holiday season. ‘From Bordeaux to the Stars: The Reawakening of a Wine Legend’ by Jean-Michel Cazes (Academie du Vin Press)The ever-smiling, ever-globe-trotting Jean-Michel Cazes, proprietor of Château Lynch-Bages, was to Bordeaux what Robert Mondavi was to Napa Valley: an emissary not just for his own estate but for an entire region.

CNN —Scientists may be closer to understanding the culprit behind the consumption of red wine causing headaches for some people, according to new research. A flavonol naturally occurring in red wines may interfere with the body’s ability to metabolize alcohol, causing an accumulation of toxins that can lead to swift headaches, suggests the study published Monday in the journal Scientific Reports. Using lab tests, the authors found that a derivative of quercetin — quercetin glucuronide — inhibited the enzyme variant. What’s next in the study of red wine headachesThe authors plan to test their hypothesis in a small clinical trial of people who develop these headaches, by comparing red wines with high amounts of quercetin with those that have little. In some cases, it can be four to five times higher.”As a result, you may have better luck with cheaper red wines or with white wines, which have a lower flavonol content overall, according to the study.

Homeowners across Florida have seen rates increase threefold in the past few years, the report found. At Musk's 2013 birthday bash, he and Larry Page discussed AI's role in humanity's future, per biographer Walter Isaacson's retelling. Page labeled Musk a "specist," while Musk defended his views as "pro-human." Musk even attempted to stop Google's acquisition of AI company DeepMind, saying Page shouldn't control the future of AI, Isaacson wrote in a Time Magazine report. Per Isaacson, the reason behind the thwarting attempt was Musk's distrust of then-CEO of Google, Larry Page, and his views towards AI. Musk, Page, and Google did not immediately respond to a request for comment from Insider, sent outside regular business hours.
